Young Hospitality Talents (YHT) is a non-profit movement built to inspire the next generation to pursue hospitality as a lifelong career. A path of growth, discovery, and leadership.
At its heart, the YHT experience is immersive and human. It brings together interactive workshops and inspiring conversations with industry leaders, creating a space where the younger generation doesn’t just learn about hospitality, but discover who they can become, and the paths that can take them there. It’s where future talents connect with those who can open doors, and where the perception of hospitality careers is reshaped in the eyes of youth, their families, and society at large.
